The brief

Grassroots clubs raise money with paper raffles and group chats, which caps how much they can raise and how far it can travel. Moving that online means handling other people's money, so the product had to be legible before it was attractive: what the odds are, how the split works, and where the funds actually land. Anything that felt like a betting site would lose the exact people it was built for.

What we built

The homepage explains the 50/50 split in three lines before it asks anyone to sign up. Inside, an app shell carries live draws, past results and a directory of clubs and causes, so the platform still looks alive between draws. One account model means the same person can play and organise without a second login, Stripe handles checkout, and clubs pass an approval step before they can raise anything.
